MagicKitchen.com’s recipes are reviewed by a professional nutritionist to ensure that all of our meals are healthy and wholesome. All of our items are nutritious and delicious, with little or no preservatives(except as required by USDA). Not all menu items are low-fat or low-salt, unless specifically identified. Please check the nutritional information if you are on a special diet. We follow the recommendations offered by the American Heart Association.

We do periodic updates on our menu, with more choices; and we listen to you, the customer, to help us make those choices. Please contact us with any suggestions you may have.

On our menu, you will find a designation next to some menu items:

30% or fewer calories from fat per serving
40% or fewer calories from fat per serving
Low Sodium-Based on a 2200 mg of sodium per day diet, with 500 mg sodium at breakfast, 600 mg at lunch, 150 each for 2 snacks, and 800 mg for dinner, our low-salt menu items each have a maximum of 266 mg of salt per serving.
Low-Carb-9 grams or less of carbohydrates per 100 grams of food
One serving- Comes packaged in one-serving containers

Food Preparation

MagicKitchen.com’s focus is on exceptional tasty precooked meals, sealed after flash freezing to preserve natural nutrients and flavor.  The meals are prepared, simple to reheat and serve on your table without muss or fuss!!  

We then fast-freeze the product in our special freezer-to-oven-to-table packaging. To thaw, we recommend that you place it in your refrigerator the night before you intend to reheat. (Put a plate under the item to prevent condensation drips.)

Heating instructions are provided with each item. These directions will give you the reheating method that produces the best results in the least amount of time. We suggest that the product be used within 3 days of thawing to ensure maximum freshness.

Shipping Information

Please note: Because our food is frozen, we cannot deliver Sunday or Monday, otherwise the food would sit in a warehouse for two days.

Arrange to have your order delivered to your home or office, whatever works best for you. Send dinners to friends or family; we will get it to wherever it needs to go anywhere in the continental US! MagicKitchen.com chef-prepared gourmet meals are shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice to guarantee freshness upon delivery and will keep just fine until you get home. You do not need to be home to accept delivery.

Orders received by 10:45 AM Central Time Monday through Wednesday ship same day, holidays not withstanding. Local San Francisco area and next day orders will be delivered next day. Second day air orders arrive in 2 days after shipping.

After Wednesday 10:45 AM Central Time order cutoff, second day orders will ship following Monday, unless the Saturday delivery option is selected. Local San Francisco area and next day orders received prior to 10:45 AM Central Time on Thursday ship Thursday & arrive Friday.

After cutoff Thursday 10:45 AM Central Time all orders are scheduled for shipping the following Monday.
