Rice was good and carrots delicious. Pork was somewhat flavorless and very lean.

This was one of the few meals I really didn't enjoy. The pork was dry and pretty tasteless. In fact, I ended up putting a little barbecue sauce on it just to finish it because I didn't want to waste it. Sort of a no-no for a lo sodium diet but it just needed help.
