Heating Instructions
Microwave:
- Heating times are given on are given on the label for each meal.
- Microwave ovens vary in power. Start with 5 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, If a meal is not heated thoroughly, continue heating. Heat meal to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
- Leave clear covering over meal. Pierce several small holes in cover with fork or knife tip.
- Remove meal from oven carefully. Let stand 2 minutes.
- Hold clear covering at one corner and tear across plate to remove.
- Be careful of escaping steam.
