I enjoyed the majority of the meals. Can I substitute the ones I don't like for ones I do like? Meals are tasty and low in sodium, good for someone with heart disease.

The basil chicken with zucchini was very bland. The others were pretty good.

take the basil chicken out to chewy and tough and some of the pork does not have any taste

Heating Instructions

Reheating Instructions:

KEEP FROZEN - Do Not Defrost.
  • Cook from frozen. If thawed, product can be refrigerated for up to 3 days prior to use. Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly.
  • Bon Appetit!


Microwave (Recommended Method):
  1. No need to puncture film.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 4 -5 minutes or until heated through
  3. Carefully remove film and serve.

Oven:
  1. No need to puncture film.
  2. Heat in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
