The meals in our Portion Controlled Meal Packs are designed to provide meals that support a standard 2000 calorie per day diet and provide 1/3 of the daily requirement of vitamins and nutrients when consumed with drinks and snacks. These meals include a good variety of foods designed to sustain a healthy lifestyle.
Meal Packs 1-6 come with only a main course and 2 side dishes; these meals should be supplemented with a fresh salad, fresh vegetable and dip or fruit. Meal packs with letters come with supplements added (Bread with margarine and either a juice, a fruit or a simple dessert). These meals are complete and need no additions.
The meal packs are priced accordingly based on the meals included. If you purchase 2 meal packs please use the promotion code 2pack to receive $10 off your order or if you order 4 meal packs us the promotion code 4pack to receive $20 off your order. These meals are offered in pre-selected 7 meal packs or on an individual basis should you prefer to select specific meals.
