MK Meals

The meals in our MK Meals Meal Packs are designed to provide 1/3 of the daily requirement based on a standard 2000 calorie per day diet. These meals include a good variety of meats, fruits and vegetables to sustain a healthy lifestyle. Meal Packs 1-5 come with only a main course and 2 side dishes; these meals should be supplemented with a fresh salad, fresh vegetable and dip or fruit. Meal packs with letters come with supplements added (Bread with margarine and either a juice, a fruit or a simple dessert). These meals are complete and need no additions.

Each of the meal packs come with 7 different meals included.

The meal packs with the main course and 2 side dishes are $62.50 per meal pack and the meal packs with supplements are $67.50 each. If you purchase 2 meal packs please use the promotion code 2pack to receive $10 off your order or 4pack to receive $20 off your order.

We also offer the meals from these meal packs on an individual basis should you prefer to order specific meals rather than the meal packs. These meals are listed below and are $10.00 per meal.
