Microwave:
Remove tray from freezer and poke holes in film on tray with a fork. Place tray on plate in the microwave and cook on high for 5 minutes to start. Add more cooking time if required.
Oven:
Remove tray from freezer and poke holes in film on tray with a fork. Place meal onto a cookie sheet and place in preheated oven for appropriate time as noted on individual meal. Cooking times will vary from 25 to 45 minutes depending on the specific meal.
