Heating Instructions

Oven: Prepare from THAWED state for best results. When thawed, product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary.
  • Preheat oven to 350° F.
  • Remove plastic wrap from tray, place on a pie pan in oven for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, either heat the sauce up in a microwave for 30 seconds, or heat it in a saucepan until it's steaming. Pour sauce over tilapia.
Microwave: Prepare from THAWED state for best results. When thawed, product may be kept refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary.
  • Remove plastic wrap from tray and place on plate
  • Heat on medium heat for 2-2.5 minutes until hot.
  • Place sauce in microwave and heat for 30 seconds.
  • Place tilapia on plate, pour on sauce and serve.

My complaint has more to do with the instructions than the food. The directions say to heat the sauce for 30s in the microwave. What it doesn't say is that the plastic cup will melt if you do this. Consequently, I ended up with sauce all over the microwave.
