Heating Instructions

General Instructions

Prepare from THAWED state for best results.To thaw product, remove from freezer on the morning of the day of use. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly.

Microwave

  • Remove plastic packaging from paper tray.
  • Place paper tray on a plate in the microwave for heating.
  • Heat for 2-3 minutes until hot.
  • Carefully place onto a plate and serve.

Oven

  • Preheat oven to 350º F.
  • Remove plastic packaging from paper tray.
  • Cover paper tray with foil and place in oven.
  • Heat for 15-20 minutes or until warm.
  • Place onto a plate and serve.

Very little flavor and again did not taste cheese but didn't add any Does your dietician just not like pinto beans , navy beans, or black beans as part of a meal. We feel the same way about potatoes. Rarely are they included in a meal. You have removed some of the rice which has helped because we just had to throw it away.We haven't eaten the stuffed potatoes or Quiche yet.
