Dough – Unbleached high gluten flour, sugar, soybean oil, eggs, water, sourdough sponge (unbleached flour, water, sugar), olive oil. Sauce – Vine ripened pear tomatoes, basil, salt. Topping – Bell peppers (red, green and yellow), red onion, zucchini, yellow squash, kalamata olives, olive oil, oregano, parsley, thyme, marjoram, salt, black pepper. Heating Instructions

Oven:

Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Remove flatbread from packaging and place on cookie sheet in oven.
When crust is browned remove flatbread from oven and place on plate.

I really do not understand why I didn't like this as I like ALL of the ingredients. The crust was great, the toppings were also good, but, I did not like the sauce and I could not figure out why. Sorry!

This was perfection...low fat and great size for two people to share along with soup or pasta. You will never miss the cheese. The kalamata olives give it a nice salty flavor which goes well with the sweet tomato sauce. We ordered more immediately
