SKILLET (Preferred Method)::
For best results thaw blintzes before cooking. Do not re- freeze. Promptly refrigerate unused portion. - Place thawed blintzes in a skillet with melted butter or oil over medium heat.
- Turn occasionally until golden brown.
Oven:

- Heat 5-10 minutes if fresh or 10-15 if frozen.
Microwave:
- Wrap blintz in a paper towel, place in a microwave safe dish.
