Popular in New Orleans cuisine, bread pudding is a classic dessert with a history that dates back centuries. Our Bada-Bing Cherry Bread Pudding is delectable and traditional, made from only the highest quality ingredients.
We start with thick white bread and soak it in a full cream pudding with cinnamon and brown sugar, allowing the bread to soak up the flavor and give it the desired texture. Throughout the body of the bread pudding, we randomly insert whole dark Bing cherries for an extra sweet and tart flavor to complement the sugary, rich pudding. To top it off, we include a portion of our Brandied Brown sugar sauce with more cherries to drizzle over, adding even more rich, sweet flavor.
