Heating Instructions
Oven:
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly.
Preheat oven to 450 and place roast in roasting pan.
Season roast as desired & place 1/2 inch of water in roasting pan.
Sear roast for 20 minutes & then reduce heat to 350.
Cook roast for approximately 40 minutes for rare, 50 minutes for medium & 58 minutes for well done. Add water as needed to maintain 1/3 inch of liquid in roasting pan. Use a thermometer for accuracy. (Medium rare 130-140 degrees, medium 145-155 degrees, medium well 155-165 degrees.)
The roast will continue to cook after removed from oven. Slice as desired and add drippings from pan for flavor. Enjoy!
