Heart-Healthy Bundle

Four full meals for 2 or 4 (eight or sixteen individual servings):

• Beef Teriyaki - Strips of fresh, lean beef are marinated in fresh garlic and our secret ingredient, then flash-fried to perfection. This is served with Saffron Rice. We also include our heart-healthy Fresh-cut corn medley. This meal comes in at a low 26% calories from fat.
• Cheese Tortellini with Mediterranean Sauce - Cheese-stuffed tortellini with a rich tomato sauce. So much flavor, and only 299 calories with 12 calories from fat for this 8-ounce serving.
• Turkey Hunter - Rich, full of flavor, and hearty. We include our Magic Mashed Potatoes. Although there are plenty of veggies cooked right in, add your own steamed vegetables if you like! This meal contains only 29% calories from fat.
• Tilapia in Mediterranean Sauce - a real hit at the dinner table! This meal includes our Saffron Rice and Minted Carrots. Hold onto your hat- this delicious meal has only 13% calories from fat.

Desserts:

• We also include a dessert- Our Chocolate Ganache cake is only 39% calories from fat per slice. It can be part of the Cheese Tortellini Meal or the Tilapia meal, and still be heart-healthy. So indulge without guilt!
