Filling (Broccoli, skim milk, eggs, cheddar cheese, swiss cheese(cultured milk, salt, enzymes), soybean oil, wheat flour, corn starch, bread crumbs, salt, onion, parmesan cheese, water, lemon juice concentrate,spice. Sauce (milk, butter, flour,water, cream, salt, asiago cheese, parmesan cheese, arrowroot powder, starch, nutmeg, canola oil, vegetable gum.) Contains wheat, eggs and milk.

Heating Instructions
Oven:
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. - Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Remove plastic from paper tray and place on pie pan in oven for 10-12 minutes until hot.
- Place on plates and serve.
Microwave:

- Heat for 2-3 minutes on medium until hot.
