Almond-Crusted Salmon

Salmon is everyone's favorite fish. We coat an ocean-fresh wild Pacific salmon fillet with an almond and herb crust, then sear it to lock in the flavor, so all you have to do is oven finish! This is an elegant dish, moist inside, crispy outside, and delicious enough to serve to your most discerning guests. We are bringing it back due to customer demand. One customer claimed, " We served it to company and all proclaimed it the "best salmon we've ever tasted!" A definite crowd pleaser!

Heating Instructions

Oven:

Prepare product from thawed state for best results.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Remove plastic wrap from paper tray, place on a pie pan in oven for 8 minutes.
Meanwhile, either heat the sauce up in a microwave for 30 seconds, or heat it in a saucepan until it's steaming.
After 8 minutes remove salmon from oven and pour on sauce.
Replace salmon in oven for another 5-7 minutes until cooked as desired.
Place on plate and serve.

Microwave:

Prepare product from thawed state for best results.

Heat on medium heat for 3-3.5 minutes until hot.
Place sauce in microwave and heat for 30 seconds.
Place salmon on plate, pour on sauce and serve.

This was the best I have ever tasted. My husband loved it and he is not a seafood fan. It was so good I purchased it as a gift to send to my sister and son and his wife. They loved it. This one I would order over and over. Two thumbs up!
