Heating Instructions

Microwave:

Prepare product from thawed stat for best results.
Poke holes in plastic wrap to vent product.
Heat for 3-4 minutes on medium power until hot

This little meal was very tasty and healthy. The beef was very tender and tasty. A little watery.......but still very good. Not sure if we would order this one again. It was a hit over rice...good!
