Beef Bordelaise
Based on the famous French Red Wine Sauce, our Beef Bordelaise is a perfect dish for company or a special family dinner. First we take lean beef chunks and simmer them in a mild red wine sauce until very tender. Then, we add onion, shallots, and other spices to give this Gourmet dish the perfect flavor, sure to impress and leave you wanting more.(photo taken with extra vegetables added).

Ingredients
Water, cooked beef strips, onion, shallots, modified food starch, burgundy wine reduction,
tomato puree, garlic, beef base(roasted beef including natural beef juices, autolyzed yeast extract,
hydrolyzed soy protein, potato flour, dry whey, caramel color, natural flavorings, corn oil, paprika),
soybean oil, salt, pepper, thyme. Allergens: milk, soybeans

Heating Instructions
Stovetop:
(Preferred heating method):
- Place frozen sealed pouch in a cooking pot filled with cold water.
- Bring water to a slow boil and simmer about 20 minutes.
- Remove pouch from water. Pouch will be hot. Cut pouch open and serve.
Microwave:
- Place frozen sealed pouch on microwaveable plate, label side up. Pierce it to vent steam.
- Microwave pouch on medium-high power for three to four minutes or until hot.
- Pouch will be hot. Cut pouch open and serve.
