Ingredients: Water, cooked beef, apple juice concentrate(apple juice, ascorbic acid), soy sauce(water, wheat, soybeans, salt, sodium benzoate less of 1/10 of one percent as a preservative), onion, modified food starch, sherry wine reduction, garlic, sesame seed oil, rice wine vinegar(rice wine vinegar, water, sugar, salt)

Heating Instructions
Stovetop:
(Preferred heating method):
- Place frozen sealed pouch in a cooking pot filled with cold water.
- Bring water to a slow boil and simmer about 20 minutes.
- Remove pouch from water. Pouch will be hot. Cut pouch open and serve.
Microwave:
- Place frozen sealed pouch on microwaveable plate, label side up. Pierce it to vent steam.
- Microwave pouch on medium-high power for three to four minutes or until hot.
- Pouch will be hot. Cut pouch open and serve.
