Pesto Lasagna with Red & White Sauce
Pesto and Lasagna: is it possible to successfully combine two Italian classics? That is exactly what we did and the result is a fabulous, unique creation, guaranteed to be a hit.
We take a fresh gourmet pesto mixed with cheese and special herbs, and generously slather the layered noodles to create a moist and delicious base. Then we add our signature red (Marinara) and white (Bechamel) sauces to add a flavor unlike anything you have experienced in a lasagna. Of course, no lasagna is complete without cheese, and we use mozzarella liberally to add the finishing touch to this irresistible Gourmet Pesto Lasagna with Red and White Sauce.
Suggested Dessert: Our cool, creamy Panna Cotta.

Ingredients
Tomato sauce (tomatoes, yellow onion, garlic, basil, olive oil), pasta (semolina flour, water, egg), Béchamel sauce (half-and-half cream, butter, onion, flour, seasoning), pesto sauce (basil, canola oil, olive oil, Romano cheese, seasoning), mozzarella cheese

Heating Instructions
Microwave:
- Remove plastic packaging from paper tray.
- Place paper tray with pasta on a plate in the microwave for heating.
- Heat for 4 minutes, turning plate periodically to ensure even heating.
- Place pasta onto a plate to serve.
Oven:
- Defrost pasta.
- Remove plastic packaging from paper tray.
- Cover paper tray with tinfoil. Place paper tray with pasta in a 350 degree oven for heating.
- Heat for 15 minutes or until warm.
- Remove tinfoil and heat 5 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
- Place pasta onto a plate to serve.
