Red Snapper, a highly prized fish, has a great, firm texture and a sweet, nutty flavor which makes it the perfect recipient for our famous Mediterranean Sauce and combination of fresh vegetables and spices.
Please note, this fish can sometimes have a few bones.
First, we take the freshly caught fillet and simmer it in our delicate and flavorful Mediterranean sauce. We then throw in some fresh tomato, delicious roasted peppers, and kalamata olives to make this Red Snapper a real hit at the dinner table!
Suggested side dish and dessert: Broccoli and Cauliflower with Cheese Sauce, Magic Mashed Potatoes and for dessert our famous Panna Cotta.
