Our flour tortilla is stuffed full of shrimp, sautéed veggies and covered with sauce. Want it spicy? Add your favorite hot sauce! You can get Cholula or Tapatio hot sauces at your local market.

Ingredients
Filling (Shrimp, Zucchini, Yellow onion, Fresh tomatoes, Red bell pepper, Green bell pepper, Olive oil, Chili powder, Fresh cilantro, White wine, Garlic, Salt, Black pepper, Dried oregano, Chili flakes), Flour tortilla, Sauce (Tomato paste, Water, Yellow Onion, Olive Oil, Salt, Oregano, Black pepper, Garlic), Monterey Jack Cheese

Heating Instructions
Microwave:
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly. - Poke holes in plastic to vent product.
- Place tray on a plate in the microwave for heating.
- Heat for 3-4 minutes on medium until hot.
- Remove plastic, place enchilada on a plate and serve.
Oven:
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Remove packaging & place tray on cookie sheet.
- Place burrito in oven for 14 to 18 min until hot throughout.Promptly refrigerate any unused heated portion.
