Our beef stroganoff is a traditional blend of lean beef brisket, mushrooms and onions in a rich, sour cream sauce. As the beef slowly cooks, its natural juices combine with the sour cream and seasonings to create a creamy stroganoff sauce. We include a package of fully cooked fettucine pasta to serve the stroganoff over.

Heating Instructions
Microwave:
Prepare from THAWED state for best results. STROGANOFF- Place pouch on a microwave safe dish. Cut 2, one inch slits in the top of the pouch. Microwave for 3-4 minutes. Let stand for 2-3 minutes while pasta is cooking. PASTA- After heating stroganoff pouch, place pasta cooking pouch on a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 2 minutes. Cut end off the pasta pouch and plate the pasta. Cut end off Stroganoff pouch and pour over pasta.
