Twice Baked Stuffed Potato

We take a russet potato, bake it for an hour, then cut it in half and scoop out the insides. We mix the potato with low-fat sour cream and creamery butter, and whip the whole luscious mixture until creamy smooth. Then we add gourmet smoked bacon bits and pipe it back into the potato skin to create this healthy, satisfying side dish.

Heating Instructions

Microwave: Prepare product from thawed state for best results.

Remove plastic packaging from paper tray.
Place paper tray on a plate in the microwave for heating.
Heat for 3-4 minutes, until hot.

Instead of putting these in the microwave I just put them on the same cookie sheet as the chicken ana luisa and baked them for 30 min on 350. They were perfect!

My husband liked it. I found it small and the topping did not appeal to me. I'm not sure I would order it again. It was not tasty to me. I have had better in restaurants.
