Shipping

Please allow 1 to 2 business days from the date of your order for delivery. To keep your food arriving fresh and frozen, all standard orders are shipped Monday through Thursday to arrive before the weekend. Thursday shipments outside of zip codes starting 94xxx and 95xxx must be overnight deliveries. We will accommodate Friday deliveries with a Saturday delivery as well, for an additional cost.

We ship with UPS, giving you the option of ground, 2-day or overnight delivery*. You may select the specific date you want delivery on within our cart. We cannot ship to PO boxes. unfortunately, we can't give a time estimate, as UPS delivers when they are in your area.

Each order is shipped in a reusable cardboard and Styrofoam container with dry ice. WARNING: Dry ice will burn skin. Although the dry ice is in a separate plastic bag, please use gloves or other protective material to remove dry ice from container.

* You will receive a notification email with your tracking number when your order ships. Please let gift recipients know to expect a perishable package and to open immediately to prevent defrosting. MagicKitchen.com cannot be responsible for damage to unclaimed gifts.
