Low Sodium-Based on a 2200 mg of sodium per day diet, with 500 mg sodium at breakfast, 600 mg at lunch, 150 each for 2 snacks, and 800 mg for dinner, our low-salt menu items each have a maximum of 266 mg of salt per serving.
Low fat- between 30-40% of fat per serving.
Dairy-free - no dairy products are used in these meals.
Gluten Free - for a diet free of ingredients derived from gluten-containing cereals: wheat (including kamut and spelt), barley, rye, and triticale, as well as the use of gluten as a food additive in the form of a flavoring, stabilizing or thickening agent.
