- Heat in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Broccoli for breakfast isn't my favorite. Could you substitute a small biscuit or roll--or give more apples. The flavors don't complement each other. Broccoli is too strong a flavor and smell. Janet A
