- Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time.
- Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time.
Slit film over each compartment. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Carefully remove product.

|Chicken and Rice was great..but did not like the sides. Can you make your chicken and rice as a separate entree? or try other veggies...carrots and peas? or beans...|
