If thawed, remove film and lid. Heat on high for 3-5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°f as measured by a thermometer. If frozen, increase time by 1-2 minutes.
Delicious & wonderfully tender short ribs but they don't quite work with the veggies & ancho chile sauce mixture. I'd eat those short ribs almost every week in other combos like with pearl onions, root veggies & thick egg noodles in a red wine sauce or on a barley & veggie base in rich beefy sauce. Good as the short ribs are (& they score a 5+ alone), the dish ISN'T WORTH $14.50. Maybe try $13. I'd buy it once a month or a bit more often at $13, but no more than 2-3 times a year at $14.50.
