Microwave on high 6 to 8 minutes or until 165 F. Cook thoroughly. Remove from oven, and let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Carefully remove film cover from tray. Product will be hot!

|This was a nice meal ... the beef complimented the brown rice and Japanese veggies. The garlic and pineapple seasoned the beef and rice very nicely. I did add butter to my vegetables. I was very satisfied with this meal and plan to order again.|
