I just loved the flavors, but parts of this meal are mouth-searingly HOT & SPICY!! If hot isn't your thing, eat cautiously with sour cream or raita standing by. The rice is great & the curries range from fairly mild to HOT🔥 They all tasted good for the few seconds my taste buds functioned before the heat wiped them out. Much as I liked the flavors, I can't tolerate the heat & won't buy this again. Magic Kitchen you could add a cooling raita that would defrost while the curries cook. Tori A
