Microwave (Recommended Method)
- No need to puncture film.
- Heat for 4-5 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
- Carefully remove film and serve.

- Heat in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

|Very good, but needs more cheese & it's better with the broccoli chopped smaller & stuffed inside the omelet. The cinnamon apples are the outstanding part of this meal! Magic Kitchen you need to package the cinnamon apples apples like you package your stuffing, polenta & other side dishes. But give them more cinnamon & better cooking instructions. The apples are wonderful when cooked until just translucent & the liquid has reduced by half or a bit more. These are special & they'd be on your best seller list in no time!|
