Oh my goodness, this is NOT chili by any definition. You get a half cup of thin, watery soup with a few beans floating in it, and a few mounds of rice. It looks ike prison rations, perhaps during the Great Depression. Please rethink this dish. It is not up to Magic Kitchen standards. Charlotte M

This has always been one of my favorite meals. With the new recipe, however, the chili is somewhat watery and the beans are not cooked completely. It's not too spicy and you can add spice if you would like to. The brown rice pairs well and makes a generous portion. Susan M
