Heating Instructions

General Instructions

Cook from frozen state. *Microwave directions based on 1000-watt oven. Adjust cook time as needed as oven wattage varies. internal temperature needs to be at or above 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer before eating.

Stovetop

  1. Pour entire bag into a medium sized nonstick skillet.
  2. Cover with a lid and cook over medium high heat for 8 to 9 minutes.
  3. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165 F as measured with a food thermometer before eating.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Microwave

  1. Pour entire bag's contents into a microwaveable safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
  2. Pull back plastic wrap, stir contents and re-cover.
  3. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 4 minutes.

No mention in description of how spicy this meal is. It is VERY HOT. We couldn't eat any of it. Don't get unless you like VERY spicy food. The description should mention how spicy this is. Not everyone likes or can tolerate food this hot. Mark S
