Cook from frozen state.
- Pour entire bag into a small sized nonstick skillet.
- Cover with a lid and cook over medium high heat for 7 to 8 minutes.

This is an excellent dish which I ordered by mistake. The mistake was that I never order anything that requires other than microwaving. This dish required Heating and stirring in a saucepan. If that works for you, it is delicious! Steven B
