Microwave
- Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time.
- Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time.
Conventional Oven
Slit film over each compartment. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Carefully remove product.

The chicken and rice were very good but could have used some more Teriyaki sauce. The sprouts were tasty but the sweet potatoes could have used a little more flavoring, Maybe a pinch of brown sugar. Charles D
