I really enjoyed this vegetable barley beef soup. Had a good flavor and texture. I'll order again. Grace O
Beef, where is it? Only a very light taste of the broth. Betty C
WHERE'S THE BEEF?? This flavor is my favorite soup, but yours needed so much work, I can't rate it highly. I got NO BEEF & only onions, carrots & celery for veggies. It was so thick it qualified as a casserole. How 'bout some BEEF, a few other veggies & some broth to make it a soup? I mixed it with a can of Progresso's beef-barley-veggie & that helped immensely. I ordered this again in June figuring the recipe had changed, but it hadn't. In 2 servings, there were 2 or 3 tiny shreds of identifiable beef no bigger than 1/4 inch long by half that wide. The broth tasted great & the barley was good, but I didn't find any onion & the celery was cooked to a mush. If MK ever manages to get just a few substantial chunks of beef in each serving, they'll have a winner of a hearty soup that I'll buy a lot more often! Tori A
