Microwave

  1. Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time.
  2. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time.

Conventional Oven

Slit film over each compartment. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Carefully remove product.

Beef Patty, I love Beef Patties lol :) the carrots were alright. That is only because I don't really eat vegetables even though I really should start to achieve better health. This was the first time I have tried Brussels Sprouts and I actually enjoyed eating them ^_^ Pedro S
