Heating Instructions

General Instructions

Cook from frozen state. *Microwave directions based on 1000-watt oven. Adjust cook time as needed as oven wattage varies. internal temperature needs to be at or above 165 °F as measured by a food thermometer before eating.


  1. Pour entire bag into a medium sized nonstick skillet.
  2. Cover with a lid and cook over medium high heat for 7 to 8 minutes.
  3. Stir occasionally and cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of at least 165°F as measured with a food thermometer before eating.
  4. Serve and enjoy!


  1. Pour entire bag’s contents into a microwaveable safe dish. Cover with paper towel and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.
  2. Pull back paper towel, stir contents and re-cover.
  3. Microwave on HIGH for an additional 4 minutes.

Didn't enjoy this as much as the other because it had a lot of ginger in it and that may be my personal preference difference. But, ginger is good for you. If you like ginger you'd like this meal. It's easy and quick. Cathy N
