This frozen beef wellington is a classic dish of English cuisine. The dish looks like you slaved all day, but it is ready to pop into the oven, making you look like a pro! The meat was very tender & the whole thing was very tasty. Small problem in that the pastry did not turn the expected golden brown color - it remained an off white. I will buy this again Arthur W
