Pesto and Cheese Flatbread
Ooey-gooey cheese covers flatbread that's been spread with a low-fat pesto sauce. Basil, mozzarella cheese, freshly made flatbread, all hot out of the oven. Yum. Prepare from THAWED state(unless otherwise specified) for best results. Product may be refrigerated up to 3 days prior to use. Individual appliance cooking times will vary so adjust accordingly.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Remove flatbread from packaging and place on cookie sheet in oven.
- When crust is browned (approx. 12-14 minutes) remove flatbread from oven and place on plate.
This is one of my favorite meals. The crust is crispy and the pesto and cheese are flavorful. The flatbread makes a great lunch or light dinner and goes well with a salad. Susan M
