Before Cooking

Before cooking, remove outer packaging and place tray into microwave. Do not peel off clear film. Do not puncture.

Microwave

  1. Microwave on high for 4.5 minutes. Package is designed to self-vent. It is normal for film to expand and relax while cooking.
  2. Pull tab to remove film from plate, server and enjoy! Peel film away from you, steam will be HOT.

My husband really liked the taste of this and we re-ordered. He loves the newer white plate dinners because he can just stick one plate in the microwave. He also thinks they store flatter.
