Heating Instructions
Preparation
If frozen, THAW before preparing. DO NOT RE-FREEZE. Overcooking decreases quality. Cook thoroughly, for food safety and quality heat to internal temp. of 165 degrees F. Heating may vary depending on appliances.
For Best Results
Preheat skillet. Add 3 tbsp. of oil/butter and heat. Place Pierogi in skillet, do not overcrowd. Cook on low heat for 6 minutes, then 2 minutes on medium heat. Turn occasionally until golden brown.
Boil
Heat 1 qt of water in pot to slow boil. Carefully place Pierogi in boiling water, uncovered for 2-3 minutes or until they rise to the top, stir occasionally. Drain.
