Meal delivery to home and business is what MagicKitchen.com is all about. Our customers are happy to report how good we are at it! Over the years since Greg and Michelle started MagicKitchen.com, our team has refined and improved the meal delivery process.
For instance, our customers asked for Saturday meal delivery. We were glad to comply! Then we discovered that if someone ordered Saturday meal delivery and the address was a business, the receiver may not be there. We altered our cart so that a reminder appears when someone schedules a Saturday meal delivery. Now a message appears stating, "Note: Saturday delivery can be problematic for business addresses."
Many of our newer customers ask, "What if the meal delivery shows up late, or not at all? What if it's not in good shape when it arrives"? We always ship with extra dry ice to plan for the unexpected delays that can occur. In the past, packages have been stuck in transit due to weather and other unforeseen issues for up to 9 days without the food arriving spoiled. In the worst case, we will replace the spoiled and/or damaged meals or we always have our money back guarantee to keep you covered! Also, if you don't enjoy the meals you receive from us, just let us know and we will replace it free of charge or credit you for that item.
