Really like this dish, I grew up with tomato gravy on meat loaf might be why I like it so much. I would like to suggest your chefs work on some cabbage dishes like stuffed cabbage or a hearty cabbage soup with carrots . Cabbage is also great for the renal system. Marlene B
This almost makes it. The sauce gives the meatloaf a tasty tomato taste. The meat loaf was not acceptable to me. Does not resemble meat. Texture is dense. Had one bite. Needs to be more real hamburger texture. Veggies are best I've seen for elderly eating. Judy J
