Very good! Great flavors, mild, but delicious, nice textures too. I'll be ordering a lot of this one & recommending it to my vegetarian friends. Criticism: The orzo gets very overcooked & breaks apart because the sauce is quite wet. How about putting the sauce in the small compartment of the tray & the orzo mixture in the large compartment to prevent that?
