Microwave
- Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on HIGH for 4-5 minutes until heated. If the meal was defrosted, reduce cooking time.
- Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cook time.
Conventional Oven
Slit film over each compartment. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Carefully remove product.

I just can't eat the broccoli. Have you noticed several of your meals are very dependent on broccoli? Surely there is another vegetable you could substitute for it. The rest of the breakfast was good. Janet A
