- Remove packaging and place frozen breasts on non-stick baking sheet, brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Bake 35 minutes in preheated 375° oven. Check product temperature with meat temperature probe inserted in center of product. For food safety, internal temperature must reach 165° F.
- This product can be defrosted in the refrigerator before cooking. If defrosted, just reduce cooking time by ten minutes. Refrigerate leftovers promptly.

This is a very good recipe using tender chicken and nice chunks of artichoke hearts. Could use some cheese inside. It is best thawed and then baked in the oven for the shortest time listed. John L
