For Best Results
Preheat skillet. Add 3 tbsp. of oil or butter and heat. Place blintzes in skillet, do not overcrowd. Cook on low heat for 2-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Brush blintzes with oil/butter and place on a greased baking sheet. Place baking sheet in the middle rack of the oven and bake approx. 10 minutes.

OMG I thought these were wonderful. I grew up down the street from an amazing Jewish deli and having cheese blintzes was something Ive missed. I dont know whether these would win awards, but to me they were excellentespecially since they are pretty low in fat and sugar, which means I can order them again without guilt. Anne T
