Heating Instructions

General Instructions

Microwave (Recommended Method)

  1. Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes until heated. (If the meal was defrosted, decrease cooking time).
  2. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cooking time, then carefully peel back, avoiding escaping steam. Enjoy!

Conventional Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place meal on baking sheet and use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Heat in oven for 15-25 minutes.
